My cousin Jimmy was an exceptional person throughout his life. We grew up in Baldwin, Long Island, attended the same schools, and spent most of our early years together, more as brothers than cousins. Whether we were riding our bikes, building model cars, or just hanging out at one house or another, we had endless fun and adventures.
After HS, Jim served our nation with the United States Air Force, then moved on to serve the air traveling public as an air traffic controller with the FAA.
Jim’s commitment to his family was inspirational. I can not remember a single photo of Jim, when he was with some or all of his family, where he wasn’t wearing a huge smile. He was an exceptional husband, father, and grand father, as well as a friend to many.
Jim is now with the Lord and while we’ll all miss him dearly, we know we will see him again one day. Rest in peace Jimmy.
