Leslie was a Great friend. This friendship for me began , when both her boys were little and I was about 13 & started babysitting for her and her husband. At that time she only had her Son Ralph, then came along Richard. This amazing family didnt just fall into my life. When my parents married in 1958 they rented an apartment from The late Ann & Sal Fransisco. Later below where they lived became Fransisco Funeral Home. Both Ralph and Leslie where like family. They took me with them on family vacations , well bring the babysitter! Made life eaiser when they wanted to go out for adult time. Fast forward many years of close frienship. Phone friends as I moved from Queens after High School & then married with my own family. But that didnt seperate us. We had a Great Bond. Leslie and I had many hrs of lenghty phone calls. 10PM seemed to be our time. We shared both the ups and downs of life.. When she lost her Love of her Life Ralph I really didnt know how she was gonna survive. I knew this fabulous, Loving caring women that was lost.Leslie was always so put together seeing her struggle hurt my heart . Well fast forward as we talked and expressed our own health issues and would share many a stories of our daily life. Shortly before Leslie passed she expressed to me how much she missed Ralph and was going through so much with her health . Trying to be the suppotive friend I would tell her he is always with her , tucked in her heart. <3 . Then came yet another hospital stay for her then rehab. I never thought for a moment I would loose my Friend. She had battled so much before. Leslie I know that you Loved your family and was trying so hard to carry on life the best way you knew how. You gave so much Love to so many peoples life you touched. You and Ralph both will be tucked in my HEART ALWAYS AND FOREVER. You were an inspirattion for me. I Love you and will Miss you FOREVER RIP . Til we meet again xoxoxoxox <3

Leslie and I shared the same set of great-grandparents and our grandmothers (Anna Vitola Senatore and Carmella Vitola Fiore) were sisters. Leslie and Ralph were my mentors in funeral service. Through them I entered funeral service and became a licensed funeral director in 1985. We had good times at our state conventions. I always stopped by Francisco Funeral Home to visit them whenever I was in the area. Leslie, with the many people you were honored to bury throughout the years, I am sure the good Lord is pleased with you in your Corporal Work of Mercy. Well done.
With great affection and love...Fred Fiore (NJ)

To the Francisco Family,
What a tremendous loss to the family, to all of the communities that Leslie and Ralph served over the years and to the funeral director community in particular.
Leslie was never a person half in, she was always the person throwing herself and her indefatigable energy at an issue and she would get it done.
Having known Ralph since his days working at Park West Chapels in the City of N, I was fortunate enough to get to know Leslie for all of the years she and Ralph were married.
Her dedication and love for her family was of paramount importance to her and she showed her love in her own fashion and with a level of passion that was all consuming.
The world was a better place with Leslie Francisco in it and the world is dimished by her loss.
May Leslie's memory always serve as an eternal blessing to those who were fortunate enough to have known and loved her.
