Obituary of Kathleen E. Corcoran

Please share a memory of Kathleen to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Kathleen E. Corcoran, 74, of Massapequa, New York, made passage into the loving arms of God on May 30th, 2024, at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York.

Funeral Services will be held at St. Rose of Lima Church on Thursday, June 6th, at 12:30PM/ET. Visitation will be held Wednesday June 5th 5-9 pm at  William Law Funeral home (1 Jerusalem Ave., Massapequa). Law Funeral Home will be handling the funeral arrangements.

Born in Queens on July 20, 1950, Kathleen was an exceptionally loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and the truest of friends. She touched countless people, young and old, in her award-winning charity work, and in her many years as a nursery school teacher. Our pride of her, as a family, cannot be overstated. Of all the destinations she traveled in a vibrant life, the easiest place to find Kathleen was deep in the heart of those she met. What may be missed most of Kathy is her brilliant voice. She was forever ready with a kind word, a beautiful song, and a mighty laugh. That voice now echoes in heaven, which is all the better for it.

Kathleen is survived by her husband, Thomas, her daughter, Kelly, her son, Brian, her brother, Richard, and her beloved grandsons, Ethan & Colin. She is preceded in death by her father, Charles, and her mother, Georgette. We will always miss her dearly.

In lieu of flowers, our family requests that memorial donations may be made to Bethany House: https://bhny.org/donate/
