Obituary of Marion P. Driscoll

DRISCOLL - Marion, of N. Merrick on September 23, 2022 in her 91st year. Marion was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as Nana. She was married to the love of her life, Jack, for 56 years. She had a vivacious personality and always made people around her laugh. She worked full time for Verizon, while raising her five children and helping to care for her elderly parents. Whenever possible, she fed her love of travel to her family in Norway and Ireland, and weekend getaways. She was the strongest woman we knew. Marion was the beloved wife of John (Jack) Driscoll, loving mother of Stephen (Pamela), Cary (Nancy), Bryan (Lauren), John (Nancy), and Joanne (Michael) Manley. She was the devoted grandmother of Kristen, Sean, Kevin, Ben, Emily, Mikaela, Ryan and Danielle, and the great grandmother of Hayley, Sean and Thomas. She was the fond sister of Peter, Sharon, Sandra, Beverly, and Ronnie. Mass of Christian Burial Monday 9:45am at Maria Regina RC Church. Interment St. Charles Cemetery. Family will receive friends and family at William E. Law Funeral Home, 1 Jerusalem Avenue, Massapequa, NY 11758. Sunday 2-4pm & 7-9pm. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Michael J.
