Joseph E. Jakubowski passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family after a long battle with cancer. Joseph was predeceased by his loving wife Rita and beloved son Joseph. He is survived by his loving daughter Jennifer (Kurt), adored Pop-Pop to John Snyder (Shannon), Olivia Picciarelli, Alexis Jakubowski and the family dog Yogi who was his special pal. Joseph is the cherished brother of John (Janet) Jakubowski & Florence (Michael) Cucina and a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. He was a proud Navy veteran, an avid fisherman, and most of all enjoyed spending time with his family. His love of life and sense of humor will be deeply missed.
