I had the pleasure of meeting Jesse when he was an x-ray student at Mercy. His hard work and work ethic soon made us co-workers. Jesse always joked that I got him every x-ray job he's ever had. He was an absolute delight. His stories were funny and his laugh infectious. He genuinely cared about his job performance as well as his patients whom loved him. Jesse is the guy that OUTWORKED EVERYONE. No sugar coating that. If he was on a shift you were on it was a BONUS. He loved his family very much and we all knew that. I can only hope that I can do as good a job with my son as you guys did raising an amazing man. I pray that you can find some peace at this most difficult time and see signs of his presence. God Bless you all.

Jesse you will be missed so terribly!! The ED Xray room will never be the same without you. Every time I walked in the door you were already sending an email lolll. You were compassionate, caring, and you loved what you did. Every patient and person you interacted with while in your presence felt like your family. You were my buddy and you will missed forever. Your legacy will live on because you left such an impression on all that had the pleasure of knowing you. To your family I’m praying for every day that they have the strength to go on without you being around. It’s very difficult to lose someone as awesome as you and I hope everyday that they feel your presence so that they can feel comfort you are shining down on them and and watching over them and your beautiful little daughter. My most heartfelt condolences go out to your family.

Jesse was my preceptor, my friend, and I saw him as my little brother. He had this special charm with people. Everyone loved him. We shared special moments that I will keep in my heart forever. He would make us laugh until our stomachs would hurt. He loved his family and wife with a passion and of course the love for his daughter was unconditional. He would always end a phone conversation with his family with an “love you”. He will be infinitely missed.
