Edith Irene (Mickey) Rogers, 96, of Bradenton, FL, passed away on Wednesday, September 8th surrounded by her loving family. Visitation will be held at Law Funeral Home, 1 Jerusalem Avenue Massapequa, NY 11758 on September 15th at 2-4 & 6-8. Burial will be held September 16th at 10a.m. Law Funeral Home follow to Pinelawn Memorial Cemetary. Edith was born in Brooklyn, NY to Charles & Janet Koberstein on September 22, 1924. She worked as a Paste-Up Artist for Photo News for 30 years. She enjoyed crocheting, word finds and playing card & board games. She was active in St. Johns Lutheran Church, Seaford, NY and taught Sunday School. Edith is survived by her children Wayne (Virginia), Penny (Kevin), 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her Husband Leslie, Son Bruce Sr. (Survived by Janet) & Brother Charlie (Florie).
