Obituary of Rosemarie O'Connell

In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted at seeingeye.org, one of Rosemarie’s favorite charities. Rosemarie OConnell went to heaven on July 26, 2021. She was born January 14, 1931 in Woodside NY to parents Rosina and Giovanni Marinelli. She was the beloved wife of of John O’Connell (deceased 2008). Mother of John O’Connell and wife Jeanne, James O’Connell and wife Joanie, Corinne O’Connell and partner Tommy Brennan, Mary O’Connell, Sharon O’Connell and husband Brent Burford. Rosemarie loved her grandchildren Gabe (Jamie), Jake (Renee), Ben (Giusy) and Mary Rose, and 7 great grandchildren Ella, Grace, Sadie, Juliet, Matteo, Paige and Marli. She also loved Mira, the little white dog she lived with at her son John’s home. Rosemarie was an avid gardener, loved her games shows and crossword puzzles. We will miss her dearly.
