Mom. I always knew I was truly blessed to have you as my mother. You loved me so much , and I always felt that. You and I were always doing things together. I have so many fond memories of cooking , shopping , crafting . The last 15 years I cared for you and dad. I came to your house once a week to do whatever was needed , or just to visit. I will cherish those memories forever. I’m glad I was able to spend that time with you and dad. The past year was limited to phone calls , but we always spoke every day at least 3 to 4 times. You were always happy to hear from me . And I was happy to talk to you too ! I will miss your voice ... and all the love that you gave me always , but you’re in my heart and you’re around me always . Thanks for making me the great person I am today .... I love you and miss you so ... Until we see each other again . Love Martina.

Mom, each day that passes leaves a bigger hole in my heart. I keep reaching for the phone to call you then I catch myself. I know how lucky we all were to have you for so many years and I know how you were growing tired and how you struggled with your health these past few years. I know how you NEVER stopped missing Daddy and how you couldn't wait to be with him again. I'm happy that I got to see you one last time and to say I love you to you and hear you say it back to me.
