Obituary of Thomas J. Moran, Sr.

Thomas, J. Moran, Sr., 65 passed away February 1, 2021, Tom was a devoted Architect and worked for New York City School Construction Authority until his retirement in 2018. Prior to that Tom worked for the Spector Group and was the Project Manager on many hospital and school projects including Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, East Williston School District, Columbia Presbyterian NICU and the Sony Headquarters building in California. Tom is survived by his wife of 41 years, Alice Dooley Moran and his children, Susan Moran and Thomas J. Moran, Jr. The will be no wake service. A funeral mass will be held at Maria Regina RC Church, Seaford NY on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 10:45am. Graveside services immediately follow at St. Charles Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested a donation in his memory to be made to: Maria Regina Parish Outreach, Seaford, NY.
