To my Uncle Mario!(Uncle Ma). I have so many wonderful memories of you. One of my favorites is when Maria and I would run to our window on Saturday mornings to see if your car was outside our house. We would quickly get dressed and run to the bay where you were surely fishing with your friend. You always had extra fishing poles for us and a big “hello my babies”. I am so sorry I can’t be there to give you the send off you deserve. I will always remember you as one if the best men I have ever known or will know. All my love, Carolannie.

My grandpa Mario was truly a special man and anyone who knew him would agree: Good natured, warm, kind, and patient. He loved my Grandma and his whole family so fiercely and he let that love show. I could share a thousand memories of my grandpa Mario, some that those who know him know: his love of fishing, baseball, gardening, wine, sitting in “his” chair and watching TV, everything from the horse racing channel to cartoons. A few lesser-known characteristics: He was a good painter, both walls and canvas, and enjoyed coloring with us kids. He loved sitting at a piano and tinkering with one finger, probably Greensleeves or Christmas music, and ended with rolling down the keys. He poured his hot coffee on his cold cereal because it was all going “down the hatch” anyway. I could go on forever, but the last fact is that he will be missed tremendously by all who loved him- and everyone did. We were blessed to have him on earth for as long as we did, and the world was a better place for it. Rest In Peace Grandpa, I love you. - Suzanne

Uncle Mario was my Godfather who I loved very much. He was the epitome of a true “gentle man”. He was loving, he was kind, he was super smart, he never had a bad word to say about anyone. He minded his business and never pushed his point of view. He was a great listener and he always laughed at things I said whether they were funny or not. He will be truly missed.
Rest In Peace Uncle Mario. Please kiss my Dad and all of our family members. Love Always, Little Susan

I am deeply saddened by the news that Uncle Mario has passed away and has gone home to be with the Lord.....
My heart and prayers go out to all of you and your families during this very difficult time.
He was a wonderful man, so full of life and laughter and he always had a Big Kind Heart and a Big Smile for everyone he met! He was true Blessing to All....
May the Lord give all of you the strength and inner peace during this time, knowing that your Husband/Dad is now resting in the loving arms of our Father in Heaven.
Uncle Mario... Soar like an Eagle in Heaven amongst your loved ones who are now with you in Heaven... May You R.I.P.
Love and Prayers,
Susan Nasta
