Obituary of Patricia A. Roughan

Patricia Ann Roughan, 81, of New York, formerly of Crystal Lake, Illinois died Tuesday January 19, 2016.
Patricia was born February 15, 1934 in Queens, N. Y. the daughter of Timothy Daly and Loretta (Clark) Daly. Edward Healy married widowed Loretta Daly and became a beloved Stepfather to Patricia and her 2 brothers Tim and Brian; who have preceded her in death.
On February 7, 1959 at St. Sebastian’s Church in Woodside, New York she married Donald James Roughan.
Survivors include her four daughters Patty (Jim) Canfield of Roswell, Georgia; Lorie (John) Mayer of Chandler, Arizona; Maureen Roughan (Michael Dahlman) of Amelia Island, Florida; Kelly (Brian) Flaherty of Germantown, Tennessee; and one son Donald (Julie) Roughan of Moses Lake, Washington. Beloved Grandmother to Lauren, Kathleen and Brian Canfield; Bob, Nick and Sean Mayer; Caitlin, Patrick and Bridget Flaherty and Megan, Matthew and Ryan Roughan of Washington.
Family and Friends are encouraged to attend the viewing to be held January 22, 2016 at 9 am at William Law Funeral Home located at 1 Jerusalem Avenue, Massapequa, New York 11758.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 am Friday January 22 at Maria Regina Catholic Church 3945 Jerusalem Ave. Seaford, NY 11783.
In lieu of flowers, the Family is considering charitable donations to reflect Mom’s compassionate and generous nature. One thought is Catholic Charities; as they have a wonderful efficiency with donated monies.
