Obituary of John C. DeTurris

DeTurris, John C. of Massapequa on October 26, 2019 in his 93rd year.  US Navy Veteran Beloved husband of the late Ruth.  Loving father of John, David(Jun) and Jeff(Louise)   Beloved grandfather of John & Chloe. Founding member and dedicated parishioner of Maria Regina RC Church since 1952. He devoted his time as an usher, as a member of Holy Name Society, the annual car raffle and other fund raisers over his many years there.  Reposing at William E. Law Funeral Home 1 Jerusalem Avenue Massapequa. Massof Christian Burial Saturday 9:45am at Maria Regina RC Church.  Intrement to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park.  Family will receive friends friday 2-4 & 7-9pm.
