We are so sorry, Joe and family for your very sad loss of a very beautiful person in every sense of the word. Rita was always a breathe of fresh air and a beautiful smile that seemed to radiate her always uplifting way of looking at the world. She always tried to be of comfort to those in need and seemed to enjoy her life. Rita's husband and children were the center of her world and her pride and joy.
It was fate that brought the Horan and Taggert families together and stayed together as extended families to celebrate the good times and hold together through the sad times.
Please know that you are all in our hearts and prayers. We wish you strength to get through this time of profound sadness as we pass her into the Lord's loving arms.
Peace and love to you all.
Beth, Nancy & Trish Heimers (Gloria Horan's daughters)

Goodbyes are not forever,
are not the end;
it simply means, I'll miss you
until we meet again.
Only God knows why...
I will miss you my beautiful cousin Rita more than you know. You have a very special place in my heart. I have admired you and loved you since I was a little girl. You were the princess in my world then and Joe was your prince. I'm so glad you had each other through the years to hold hands with and share this journey.
My deepest sympathy and love Joe, Jennifer and family.
