Uncle Bob always had a witty joke to tell. He was a wonderful storyteller. He took the younger generation on walks in the woods at Uncle Jack’s company picnic. At the end of my mom’s 90th birthday celebration, he turned and said to me, in a voice filled with emotion, “I am so lucky I married into this family.” He was a talented artist, who drew the original Flying Dutchman for Hofstra College. We will all miss him so much.
