Dear Jimmy,
Everyday I miss you more than the day before. I love you so much. I'm thankful we had over 35 years together. But you left me at age 56, way too young. I expected we would grow old together. You will be in my heart and soul until the day I die. And I can only hope you are waiting to greet me on the other side. Rest in peace my love. Until we meet again.
(Give Zachary Bear a big kiss and hug from momma)
Love,
Michele

I first heard yesterday, on August 24th… I went online, a rare occurrence, to order an auto part and I found that another friend of mine had sent a notice several days ago, a notice about Jimmie Noone.
The news of Jim made me terribly sad; full of grief for some time, after reading the news that Jimmie had passed away I stopped in my tracks. I can still recall his voice, he had a wonderful voice, and I can see his grin, he was a warm valuable person. I felt that we were on the edge of being great friends, Jimmie and I, but we never took the time to kindle it.
Jimmie was a great mechanic… he could figure out stuff that I could not. He helped me by calculating how to get a clutch pedal pivot linkage bracket assembled into my old '68 turquoise Suburban. That was around 1980. I was amazed at how fast he saw the remedy. He was very talented and level headed… he was also very helpful, kind and friendly too.
I recall Jimmie’s white Chevelle, it was a beautiful car; he knew the model to pick. He did such a wonderful job with that car, so long ago. I bet he had lots of accomplishments in his life.
I always wanted to talk to him more, but never made the call in 35 years… my acquaintance with him is from long ago, but ever with high regard.
May our God look kindly upon his soul; I send my condolences to you all.
I’m so sad.
