Raymond J. Riker Obituary

Raymond J. Riker, 66, of Massapequa, passed away on April 29, 2026.

Born and raised in Massapequa, Raymond spent his entire life in the community he loved. He was predeceased by his parents, Anna and Russel Riker.

Raymond is survived by his beloved son, Christopher (Veronica), his cherished granddaughter Makayla, and his great-granddaughter Harper. He is also survived by his sisters Mary and Margaret and his brothers Fred and Eddie.

Raymond was a devoted family man whose greatest joy came from the time he spent with those he loved. He had a deep passion for hockey and was a loyal fan of the New York Rangers, rarely missing a game. When he wasn’t cheering on his team, he could often be found tending to his garden, finding peace and pride in watching things grow.

He will be remembered for his love of family, his steady presence, and the simple joys that meant so much to him. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
