Deborah Byrne, 72, passed away peacefully on April 14, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Deborah was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She lived a life centered around her family, always putting their needs above her own and offering unwavering love, strength, and support.

She is survived by her loving children, Melanie Cintron, Melissa Berlingerio, and Stephanie Bell; her cherished grandchildren, Nicolas and Christian; her son-in-law, Gianni Berlingerio; her dear brother, John Florio; and many extended family members and friends who will miss her deeply.

Deborah was predeceased by her parents, Angelina “Dolly” Florio and Anthony Florio, as well as her sister, Brenda Matienzo.

She will be remembered for her strength, her kindness, and the deep love she had for her family. Her presence brought comfort to those around her, and her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held on April 17, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at William E. Law Funeral Home, 1 Jerusalem Avenue, Massapequa, NY 11758.
