Mary Ciaccio-Curley Obituary

Mary Ciaccio-Curley, 86, of Levittown NY then Sayville NY, passed away on February 11, 2026 at

home surrounded by her loved ones.



Mary was born on March 26, 1939 in Brooklyn NY, to Catherine & Francis Rohman. She

graduated from James Madison High School, married and had 5 children. Mary was a

housewife for several years until she went to work in the main office of Levittown Memorial

High School. She then moved on to work at Nassau Community College until her retirement.

Mary took great joy in spending time with her family, extended family and friends. Mary was

very active in the Community Center at their winter home of 20 years in Fountain Hills Arizona.

She had a passion for line dancing with “Top of the Line” Dancers of Fountain Hills and was very

proud of their gold medal win in the Senior Olympics. She participated in the Sherlock Holmes

Club with her husband Ray, and won an award for a painting she created in the painting group

for people with Parkinson’s. She enjoyed reading, playing bingo and board games. Mary was

grateful for, and cherished her friends from childhood, as well as those she made along the

way.



She was preceded in death by her parents Catherine L. Rohman and Francis M. Rohman, her

sister Cathy F. Navarra, and her brother Andrew M. Rohman.



She is survived by her husband Raymond Curley; her children Susan Ciaccio, Patricia Schill

(James), Robert Ciaccio, Michael Ciaccio (Zobeida), Christine LaLoggia (Gary); 10 grandchildren;

her brother Edward Rohman (Joanne); 2 step children Robert Curley (Christine), Barbara Cappe

(John); 5 step grandchildren; 3 step great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.



A visitation will be held on Friday February 20, 2026 from 12:00pm-4:00pm at William E. Law

Funeral Home, 1 Jerusalem Ave, Massapequa NY 11758.
