Clinton Joseph Carrano Obituary

Clinton Joseph Carrano died on March 25th 2025. “ Captain”( as he was often referred to by friends) sailed off peacefully in his sleep to meet his crew of departed family and friends, most notably his beloved parents Fred and Helen, his youngest son Christian and dear granddaughter Paige.

Clint served our country in Vietnam and was a real union guy working with I.B.E.W. Local 3 for which he received accolades. A fisherman and die hard Mets fan, yet a storyteller at heart. Clint was happiest with a drink in his hand and a captive audience who just knew they were in for a heaping dose of his unique takes on life, a side splitting tale of his days on the base or a recall of shenanigans pulled on some full of it foreman while he worked as an electrician lighting up the Manhattan skyline.

He is survived by his eldest son Justin daughter Gina, son in law Tom , grandchildren Maeve and Ronan, true blue friends and caring neighbors.

In lieu of flowers we ask you to donate to the Paige Keely Foundation for AVM research .
