Last week a dear friend of the rescue and of mine passed away. Georgina McKee was with TLC from the beginning, whether she showed her support volunteering, donating or just lending an ear. I want to take the time to acknowledge what she meant to me personally and what a beautiful, kind soul she was. Georgina loved her cats and she loved me. Molly waited at the shelter for so long before Georgina met her and had to take her home and then she tried fostering but ended up keeping Platinum. Before them was her beloved Spunky. I know Spunky, Molly and the other cats she had a hand in saving will meet her at the rainbow bridge.
She will be missed dearly.
