Leonora Ecke (nee Liotta) passed Friday, January 24,2025 peacefully, surrounded by her loving children and grandchildren.

Leonora was born on December 31,1934 in Brooklyn, NY to John and Antoinette Liotta and married her childhood sweetheart Charles Ecke in 1955.

She was a designer /pattern maker in her earlier days and became a seamstress after raising 6 children with Charles.

She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to so many. Leonora saw the goodness in all things and lived life to the fullest. She loved to travel, loved her scarves and necklaces but her greatest love was for her family which is her legacy and will live on.

Leonora joins her husband Charles, and daughter Patricia in eternal rest. She is survived by her children, Thomas (Liz), Janet, Laura, Susan Tempesta (Rob) and John (Denise) and her grandchildren; Thomas, Carolyn, Nicole, Robert, Kristian, Allison, Danielle, Jack and Kate.
